My background includes extensive experience working with children and adolescents in residential treatment, behavioral health, and outpatient settings, where I have helped youth and their families navigate emotional, behavioral, and relationship challenges.
I have received training through the Gottman Institute in couples counseling, equipping me with evidence-based strategies to help couples improve communication, strengthen their connection, resolve conflict, and rebuild trust.
